Here is a good example of what small design changes can do to a louvered shutter design. The top portion has a classic louver design while the bottom portion was left plain and beautifully adorned with a wooden rosette that and iron forged handles that give these shutters a lesson in Spanish architecture. Painted in a teal washed finish these shutters make an excellent contrast with the home’s style bringing attention to a window that would otherwise go unnoticed.
